Director is never there have called several times to speak with Kimberly Nichols Owen( The director) and she is never available she claims to be there 8hrs a day and isn't if you do get her she is rude and not helpful at all. My child has been picked up countless times filthy from head to toe was allowed to eat rocks on the play ground and they conveniently forgot to mention it. More than once he had a dirty diaper on and when it was brought to the teachers attention she claimed that he just did it yea ok. The place smells like a dirty bathroom all the time and the list goes on and on

overall this daycare is ok except for the factthat they are way too quick to jump the gun and close when inclement weather is around it is monday morning 9 am dec 13 2010 they made the decision to close at 8npm last night because of snow ..... as of this morning 630 am when they open there is no snow on the ground the roads are bare and not slick at all.....there is no reason for them to be closed but yet they still demand thatwe pay them for this day that they are closed when they should not be.....i mean some of us have to work for a living but this place doesnt seem to care about us parents....once again they have closed for no reason today and if you are looking for a daycare as far as care and education go i rate this daycare well but if you work for a living then i recommend that you look for a daycare that doesnt close whenever a sinle snowflake falls in there parking lot
