Clairemont is a superb school, full of spirit with a dedicated staff. The principal Erin Wheeler has created a positive atmosphere, a great learning environment and a positive atmosphere for good learning.
The experiential learning focus has students reinforce their learning with practical aspects so the knowledge is retained. So proud of what this school has become.
Teachers and staff work together to help one another. Excellent teachers. Awesome library staff. PTA and SLT work hard to build a community in the school and have been very successful. Excellent extracurricular activities and a wonderful after school program (Animal Crackers).
My son is a third grader at Clairemont and loves it. They have the best qualified teachers and support in GA. On Fridays the students, staff, and parents gather together for a musical and fun morning assembly. They have a full band made up of teachers and parents. The students lead this assembly with announcements in english and spanish. The school is awesome!!
