Elbert County High School Reviews
This was our first year with K12. Our daughter was accepted to Georgia Cyber Academy, a Georgia online charter school for the 2010-2011 school year. She has almost completed her first full year with GCA and loves it. Their tech support is great (a little bumpy in the beginning) and their teachers are wonderful. Our daugther wants to go one more year and will finish off her Junior High education at K12 (GCA). We will have to consider our options for high school. We are from California and were very disappointed when we moved to Georgia...education (public and private-we've tried both) is horrible here. They need more options for parents (more economical options) like Charter schools. Too bad the state is more concerned with fixing what is broken and sinking too much money into public schools and not looking outside the box toward charter school options. California has definately taken hold of charter schools and students and parents are the winners...get out of the past Georgia. We loved K12 and have friends looking into the program in their own states.
