Sweetwater Middle School

Tracey V. Gray: Sweetwater  is a great school and have great children and teachers , Let STOP putting everything on the school and the children where are the parents DONT  YOU KNOW YOU ARE YOUR CHILD/ CHILDREN TEACHER!!!  

This school needs to get there act togather. There teachers are so confused its not even funny. They have over 280 8th grades going to summer school because they dont know how to teach the kids.

Sweetwater has been given a bad rap and I am happy to say that I have been pleasantly surprised the commitment of the teachers and administrators at Sweetwater.  My daughter has thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the chorus and excellent theatre program.

Cheryl  R. Stephen: I strongly agree with how wonderful the staff/teachers/students are. Walking over the threshold of Sweetwater gives me a welcome feeling.

Sometime the front office is extremely busy. I see that it is because each parent is given the staff full undivided attention.  Parents should make themselves aware of the policies to help make your visit pleasant.  I also strongly suggest that parents get involved; if you say "I will help" Sweetwater will take you up on that.


Volunteering, joining committees,  e-mailing teachers, and coming to meetings help make you more informed.  And don't forget ask QUESTIONS.  

            Remember they are people too.  One thing" sometimes things do not go the way you plan" You will be STRESS free if you keep that in mine.

The front office is the first line of defence and they take that to heart. Even I have to sign in and  follow the policies in place and I have had 2 go through and 1 going.

You can catch more flies with honey than you can with vinegar :)
