The staff turnover is very high, and some of the new staff are not trained on proper care of a child\baby or some of the codes that Daycares are supposed to follow. For example a daycare worker put my carseat on the diaper changing table so I could put my child in it. A big no-no. Also the staff mix children ages and so older kids are given access to the infants and baby room. Some of the children have approached my baby and have grabbed its face and the daycare worker had to rush over to stop the child. Not good at seperating age groups or paying attention.
