About This School
Alternative schools are public schools that offer nontraditional education for students whose needs cannot be met in a regular, special education, or vocational school. While alternative schools are distinct from regular, special education, and vocational schools in their teaching approach or classroom environment, they can provide similar services and/or curriculum for students. Alternative schools include schools for potential dropouts, residential treatment centers for substance abuse, schools for chronic truants, and schools for students with behavioral problems. Macon Youth Development Campus Reviews
I think that Northeast is a great school. By the time a child reaches Northeast their behavior patterns have already been established. If you send a well disciplined child to NE. They will be exhibit discilplined behavior when they get there. On the other hand if you send a child there that doesn't study at home and have issues that don't get dealt with at home the teaches will spend more time being discilplinaries rather than being teachers. I graduated from NE with a 3.8 GPA. I attend college now and have a 3.77 GPA. The proof is in the pudding!!!
