Carver Middle School Reviews
This school is bad. The students get bullied & the teachers don't care.
It's a failing school.
This school is a joke. Walton BOE needs to hire a qualified principal and some teachers that care. They also need to train the employees that work in the front office. They are rude to students and parents.
Just remember the schools are a reflection of the community they serve. Many times things that happen in schools started out in the community. "It takes a whole village to raise a child." I have never talked to a teacher that did not say "I can't wait to retire." Low salaries throughout my wife's career was always offset by the possibly of a good retirement. It seems that now even that is in jeopardy. Please do not judge a school until you have spent time in it. Test scores are closely aligned to the socio-economic status of the families they serve. In other words, the higher per capita income of the parents, the higher the test scores. Many people complain about schools because they get their way in a partic;ular situation. Therefore they criticize in blogs such as this.
We second that opinion. That school is a wort on the county and a running joke. Sad.
this has to be one of the worst schools in the county. has anyone followed up on the parent complaints, bullying, gangs (in middle school?). the fact that they don't have but one accelerated class. the fact that most of the teachers get no respect from the students and can't wait till retirement. how many times has law enforcement been called out to the school? the list can be endless, someone needs to look into this school SOON.
