Ebenezer Elementary School

We have recently moved in the are and we have a child with a learning disability. We have not received anything from the school but resistance, made to feel as if they are bothered by him being there. They are very short and rude, even if we are trying to be as nice as possible. When we ask questions. we are told to ask someone else, then someone else, and etc..... They are well aware he has this, and aware what assistance we have given him since he was three years old.  However, we are looked at in disbelief, even after school records were sent....They send notes home to us that seem to insinuate its our problem, he's a nusiance, not following directions...We know he's not, He can't...we say, but they just say no, you just need to talk to him...This is almost every Night. His teacher talks to him, so demeaning, like he is dumb. Its so disheartening, and we have received no help from central registration as where else to send him...My child is the type of child schools like this don't want, because he brings their grade down.. children with disabilities are not able to test well, and they don't get more money....Isn't that sad?   Don't send your child to this school, if you want them to have any self-esteem, or self-worth, by the time they get out!!!!!

I am a parent of a child that attends Ebenezer Elementary School, in my opinion the school has gone down hill, the teachers need to have training in the way the talk to the children. Parents I suggest you do a pop up visit to your childs classroom and listen to the lanuage that your childs teacher uses while talking to your child. I've had several problems with my childs teacher and even talked to the principal of the school nothing has yet to be done with this teacher. If you have a choice, do not send your child to this school it is horible. The teacher and staff are the worst.
