King Springs Elementary School Reviews
I have been at King Springs for nine years,(multiple kids). The principal Mrs. Keeney is the best thing to happen to our community. She is so involved in the school and the community. She is a very proactive leader. I have gotten a recorded phone message from her about something that happened at school before my kid got home to tell me about it. She keeps the kids safe and in class learning. She does whatever is needed to keep the teachers in the classroom teaching. I've even seen her taking out the trash and cleaning. Plus she is always available to the kids. Many, many times I have seen her stop in the hall to give out hugs and encouraging words. Our teachers are great because Mrs. Keeney draws in the best. The entire school is supportive of the kids and learning. Once I even witnessed the custodian taking time to talk to a child that was having some trouble. We have the greatest school and a wonderfully involved community. "The best, no less!" Come by and check us out!
This school has a wonder environment for student learning. The diversity of this school really helps children discover cultural differences and inclusive behavior. I believe diversity is the key to positive learning and expanded knowledge. The staff at King Springs really puts forth an effort to exceed Parent expectations and teach as a cohesive unit. Thanks for your hard work!
Our school is fabulous. We have the greatest principal in Mrs. Keeney. She is a wonderful communicator. She keeps the school running in an orderly fashion. I love that she is open and honest and keeps us, parents, informed about everything going on at the school.
King Springs Elementary is the place to be! It's where learning is booming, parents and teachers are working together and kids are excelling! KSE has a wonderful PTA that supports the kids, the teachers, and the parents!
King Springs Elem is an more than excelent school. My now 12 yr old spent her entire elementary years there K-5, and my 8 yr old is in his 4th year. The parent participation is like no other. The teachers there really teach for the love of teaching, and not just for a check. Both of my kids had the same kindergarten teacher even though years apart, and they both largely because of this teacher got off to a really great start. Every function held at the school is filled with parents from all walks of life and many diffrent economic backgrounds that mesh so well together. I have met friends that I'm sure I will love forever.
