About This School
Special Education schools are public schools that provide special services for children with disabilities (special physical, mental, or learning needs). Many special education schools also provide vocational training, adapted physical education, and assistive technology for their students. See Hawaii Center for the Deaf and Blind's test results to learn more about school performance.
In 2011, Hawaii Center for the Deaf and Blind had 6 students for every full-time equivalent teacher. The Hawaii average is 16 students per full-time equivalent teacher.
