I am recently retired and have taught at this quaint school that services both general education students and Hawaiian (speaking) students on its campus. There are no language barriers here on the playground nor in the cafeteria! I am planning on substituting on this campus and am looking forward to being in the classroom again! Aloha and Mahalo

I was very happy with puohala, this was my sons first year there.Coming from Kamehameha preschool I was nervous that puohala would not get him ahead and he would be learning the same thing. So we are now at the end of kindergarten and my son can count to over 100 also knows all the colors, shapes, and he can read. So puohala may be small but they make smart kids and I am proud to say my child goes to puohala.
