helen: Addtional for the previous information. Imagine learning is also another for reading and it is very effective one especially for the non english speakers.

Helen: needs bilingual teacher to teach and also serve as an interpreter for the school and the community as well. It maybe good to become training and addtional staff to keep your test score rising each year. There are many many reading programs and math programs free for all thr students. I recommend the Dibels and Read Naturally these are the most effective ones for the ESL or ELL.
