Sandcreek Middle School

We moved here from Nebraska, and I could not believe how my son's grades went downhill after one quarter attending Sandcreek.  My son takes responsiblity for his part, but once he found out that he could turn in late assignments for 70% or less, that was the end of having good grades.  Sandcreek sets very low standards for their students.  Saturday school is only for D and F students.  My son wanted to do extra credit for a class that he had a C+ in, and the teacher told him that a C+ was very good.

MyTwoKiddos: We are in our second (and last) year at Sandcreek and I must say that I am relieved. There are some very wonderful teachers at this school, but there are quite a few that are very unprofessional. I do not enjoy attending Parent Teacher Conferences and having to listen to the teachers gossip about students. And I don't appreciate when they gossip about my child to other parents. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and it's not teaching our children very good values when they find out from others that their teacher was talking about them. Will be finding a different school when my youngest reaches middle school.
