LATECIA SKINNER: WELLS IS A SCHOOL THAT IS CHANGING EACH YEAR MY CHILD ATTENDS AND THIS IS HER JUNIOR YEAR...SHE DOES VERY WELL AND STAYS FOCUS IM VERY HAPPY TO HAVE HER BE A PART OF THIS SCHOOL AS WELL AS THE TEACHERS THAT HAS MADE A VERY GOOD IMPACK ON HER LIFE...

All of my 4 years that i've been at Wells i experienced alot and i also became very good in math and english but math was my favorite subject. My math teacher was great at what he knows and he knew what was best for his students that took his class. Out of all the teachers that i had he was the best of the best and he explained things very clearly. Also, I had a wonderful time at wells and until this day i still miss my favorite teachers and my friends. So, out of that consideration i have to say that Wells is a very friendly and very helpful.

I went to Wells all 4 years and it was great, even though the upgrade would have been nice back then but hey its still a good.

Antonia Romero: Wells Community Academy is a school that is under funded. The principal and staff are great. They really try to be involved with the students and improving their learning.

This is my daughters first year and she adjusted fast because of the friendliness and warm welcoming the staff and students gave her.

I only wish that the school had more funding to give wells students the same chance other students have at well funded schools.

It's a great school. Students need more attention and more programs to have the opportunity to be involved in. Summer programs and after school programs that either pay them or teach them higher values like respect and self-discipline. I know, I'm a product of Wells, class of 2004. Currently enrolled at UIC.

Fed Up Neighbor: Dump, useless! Teacher's themselves state this. Kids are beyond control. Convert the beautiful building into high-end condos. More use to the CPS this way!
