Donna: I never thought that the teachers ever cared.. They always wanted you to show up so they got their paycheck..

Yes sure the students are held accountable for their own education but sometimes they need teachers to be there as motivators but unfortunatly we do NOT have many teachers liker that. Most of the teachers there are just there because they get paid. They do no care if theri students pass or not. Ofcurse there is some GREAT teachers but we only have a LIMITED amount of those teachers. I agree that the faculty shuld worry more about educaion than eneforcing the dress code. But something that lacks in our community is PARENT INVOLVEMENT, for some odd reason parents are like afraid of speaking up but i want them to know that even one person can make a difference so go and put your voice out there and make it be heard!

The teachers are overpaid and are not accountable for success in their students. Time to make changes and meet the budget.

Morton needs to stop worrying about the uniform so much and start educating it's students.

I THINK MORTON EAST IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB. THE STUDENTS MIGHT BE LACKING OFF OF WORK BUT THE TEACHERS ARE LACKING OFF EVEN MORE..THE SECURITIES ARE ENFORCING DRESS CODE MORE THAN THE STUDENTS EDUCATION..I MEAN MORTON EAST OPEN YOUR EYES..THIS IS 2010..REALIZE THAT LIFE IS TOUGH NOW..GET ON IT.

i agree that there is no involvement of the community to make this school better...but the teachers are great and it is definitely up to the student if he or she wants to learn or not.

This school has low stardards in education. Not only are budgets maldistributed, but the quality of education is low. I have seen no involvement from our community officials.
