Amanda: My son is in the DHH program at this school and the experience has been terrbile. The teachers just push the students through the material and the parents end up doing all the homework. The school does a poor job at accommodating the deaf students. The teachers don't seem to realize that many of the DHH students are far behind their "hearing peer" and give them work that is far too hard for them. In addition my son comes home with alot of homework that he does not understand. I think the teachers should do their jobs during the day so that parents don't have to be doing their jobs for them after school. Very disappointing experience.
