I think that the counselors, and other staff should return your phone calls.  I think the teachers are ok and well equipped to teach the children.  I do believe that if a child is in a class room and shouldn't be there they should be instructed to go to the class they're suppose to be in.  I think that when they schedule an appt to meet with the parent and other teacher the staff should show up.  I don't think that all of the staff is giving 100% to the individuals.  I do like that for the graduation this year it was able to be held outside in order for more of the family members to get a chance to see their loved one graduate.
