Thomas: My children, one boy and one girl, both had an excellent experience in this school. The instructors have strong opinions as to the Montessori process, but you'd expect that with licensed Montessori instructors. They provided a stimulating environment and maintained the course and programs as promised. My son didn't respond as well to he Montessori environment, but both grew to become intelligent, capable children.

DuPage Montessori School opens the door for your child to have a lifetime of opportunities. The curriculum is above and beyond the average preschool and elementary programs and the teaching staff consists of teachers who are warm, intelligent, and put your child's best interests first. I have 3 children enrolled in this school and I live in one of the best school districts in the state. Each of my children have different personalities and academic abilities. The teachers here work with them as individuals and meet their needs everyday. Love this school!

G: I visited the school to see if this will be the right fit for my son. During my visit, I had the opportunity to observe one of the preschool rooms ages 3-5. The teacher came up to me and said, "so, you're looking for a one day a week program? Let me tell you, your son will not establish friendship and will learn slower than kids coming 5 days a week. I said I have a nanny watching my 2 sons and they have a structured schedule. Meanwhile, one kid came up to the teacher, she tells him can you wait 2 mins I am talking. She proceeds to say, see that boy, he has a nanny too and he is not independent, he is used to the nanny always helping and right next to him. He always needs somebody to be with him. I was appalled by this. I told her I did not agree with that stereotype. It was such a big turn off. Needless to say, i will not be entombing my kid to this school.
