Whittier Primary School Reviews

Terrific school!!!  Incredible teachers, great PTA & enthusiastic principal.  The school is in a low-income district so it faces many challenges, but overall, we have been extremely pleased and impressed with the staff.  Both my wife & I are college graduates and we have high standards for our kids' educations.  Whittier is a great primary school & an asset to Peoria.

WHITTIER IS A GREAT SCHOOL WITH A HIGHLY QUALIFIED STAFF.I HAVE FIRSTHAND KNOWLEDGE OF THE TREATMENT AUTISTIC CHILDREN GET THERE. THE TEACHERS GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO PREPARE FOR EVERY CHILD NO MATTER WHAT THEIR ABILITY. IT TAKES A LOT OF TIME AND RESOURCES TO DO WHAT THEY DO AND THEY ARE NOT COMPENSATED FOR ANY OF IT. THEY ONLY GET COMPLAINTS.  PUT YOURSELF IN THEIR SHOES FOR ONE HOUR AND YOU'D GO NUTS!!!! INSTEAD OF COMPLAINING, GET IN THERE AND HELP!!!!

This school has poor teachers. my son is an autisitic child, and does not receive the care he should. the teachers are lazy and dont care when parents complain. they dont even try to help.
