About This School
Charter schools are public schools, but differ from traditional public schools in that they are independent and are operated by educators, parents, community leaders, educational entrepreneurs, or others. Funding for charter schools is based on designated local or state educational organizations. Those organizations are responsible for monitoring and assessing the quality and effectiveness of education, but permit the schools to operate outside of the traditional public school education system. See Cambridge Lake Charter School's test results to learn more about school performance.

Cambridge Lake Charter School Reviews
I have a 5 year old daughter in Kindergarten. I am VERY pleased with her school. She started in preschool. She had a teacher and a teacher's aid during her half day. There were about 15 children in her class. Now that she is in kindergarten she goes a full day. They have gym, music and art which I know NONE of the schools in our district have. They are also teaching them spanish! There is a GREAT sense of community involvement in the school and that is evident in the parent classes they and the family fun activities they offer outside of class time.
My son loves attending Cambridge! He is so happy and excited to be in school. I always had such an awesome experience with the staff members. They are truly helpful, caring and provide an excellent academic program.
Go coyotes!!! You will have a lot of support this year!!
It has only been opened for one year, some parents encountered problems with administration. Nevertheless, many of US had none. Year two is right around the corner and things are looking very positive. Teachers are extatic about the new year, and they are much more organized.
