Garden Gate Montessori School Reviews
Excellent School & Caring Teachers
Garden Gate is an amazing preschool. We visited several schools before choosing Garden Gate and the difference was palpable. At most preschools, it's loud, chaotic, and disorganized. But, at Garden Gate, all of the students are actively engaged in learning in a calming environment where they are encouraged to be independent problem solvers, work with their peers, and explore their personal interests. After just 1 year, my son is reading, and has greatly improved his writing and number skills while learning to love school. The teachers are focused, caring, and qualified, and the school communicates well with parents. We definitely recommend Garden Gate!
Garden Gate Montessori is a wonderful school where my son received a well-rounded, excellent education. The guides are well educated, with all lead guides having received their Montessori certification. The school is very diverse, which is was important to us. If you are not familiar with Montessori-the method is fantastic. There are several different ways for your child to learn math concepts, reading, science, social studies-and once the guide has "guided" them through an excercise, your child continues to work independently or with a partner. It is truly a sight to see. Children also get alot of outdoor time-they have a really nice outdoor space. I also felt the guides were always available to meet with us if we had questions or concerns. Parents are encouraged to volunteer and the guides kept the lines of communication open to me. Overall, I can not say enought about this school!
