Rolling Meadows High School

Rolling Meadows is an amazing school. Its teachers are always willing to help and are very understanding. Its many extracurricular activities are fun and a great way to meet friends for life. I came from a private middle school, and I have never before learned so much as from this school. They offer many AP classes beginning with sophomore year. The students and faculty at this school help you grow in your talents and gain more self confidence. The atmosphere is always full of everyones school spirit. The video morning announcements are really fun to watch and alert you to any activities occuring. It really  is the diversity that helps make this school great. There really aren't many cliques among the students. We just meet people in our classes and activities and hang out with everyone we get along with. Yes some fights break out. But within seconds the security guards are on top of it. Besides, there are few people who fight, and if you don't go around picking a fight you are fine. The block scheduling allows you to learn more and be able to handle the work. I would never switch schools if you paid me. I personally feel extremely comfortable, safe, and happy at this school. I came from all private schools and I can tell you there is a difference. You get the feel of what the real world is like, less cliques, and still a safe and comfortable environment.
