Lew Wallace High School

failthischool: I worked with people who graduated from this school 26 years ago and they have a very hard time understanding simple elementary school concepts and have difficulty and issues with literacy. I live in Arizona and having to work with people like this causes people like me to work two to three times harder and they don't work at all because there just hanging out like always craking jokes and talking trash or flirting with the ladies. I think this school just sends students to graduation and tell them to move to the west coast, that way the school teachers still make their money because the school is still open and the graduates cant be found.

Charles Prewitt: I was at the 35th and Grant St McDonalds on 12/1/2010 when a bus load of Lew Wallace students arrived, and because of the medias representation of what Gary students conduct is, panic set in. To my pleasent suprise, the students were well dressed with no sagging pants,  neat hair, no load talking and no profanity and all that with teacher outside. That group surely made me proud that day, but it's just sad that well behaved young people are never the focus of the local media, it's just the idiots that get all of the attention.
