Dawn Mandabach: LOVE LOVE LOVE this school and my girls love this school which is even more important. While Isom is primarly low income familys the teachers and staff impress me all the time they are so caring and make sure the kids are taken care of and have all the school supplies they need and there is no judgeing. Its just one big happy family, where when you walk into the school for an event and are greeted by the staff and they know who you are and who your kids are its the best feeling you can have from a school.

What is it?
The The Indiana Statewide Testing for Educational Progress-Plus (ISTEP+) are annual tests used to measure a student's mastery of the state's grade-level academic standards.
Which Grades and Subjects?
Students in grades 3 through 10 are assessed in English/language arts and math and in grades 5 and 7 in science.
How is it Scored?
Students are rated at one of three levels:"did not pass", "pass", or "pass+". The goal is for all students to score at or above the "pass" level. Students must pass the grade 10 ISTEP+ in order to graduate from high school.
