children. I have a grandaughter in high school who is mildy
mentally challenged and I do not feel the teachers are giving
her enough help and that due to this she will never be able
to get a diploma. I also blame this on the "no child left behind".
She is going into her sophamore year and has yet to pass an
ISTEP.
