I am writing in behalf of a friend who has a child at Rise Learning Center, from what i can see I believe this school does not have the childrens best interest at heart. there is one particular teacher who I believe should not be teaching special needs children. I believe parents should have an active part in the children's day and should be able to freely come see their child if they choose too. Teachers and parents should work together. These are special needs children and need more love and attention.
