Bridgeview Elementary School Reviews
So lucky that my daughter goes to Bridgeview
We moved to the Pleasant Valley District the summer before my daughter's fourth grade year and I couldn't be more pleased about it. She lived with her dad before that and was in the worst possible school and home situations. When she started at Bridgeview, it became obvious that they were way ahead of where my daughter left off at her last school. She started falling behind a little, and her teacher immediately identified some ADD/ADHD symptoms. Long story short, she was tested, diagnosed and put on meds.
She is now in her last year at BV, and the progress she has made in a few short years is astonishing. With the help of her fourth, fifth, and sixth grade teachers, the counselor, and ESPECIALLY the principal, she is flourishing! I would be remiss if I didn't tell her about the principal. I have never seen a principal so invested in the children. My daughter had some problems adjusting which led to some issues with her peers. The principal didn't just dole out consequences. He took the time to discover the underlying causes of the behavior and turned the situation into a teaching moment. He is really an incredible educator.
Bridgeview is an incredible school with a staff that goes above and beyond. Any child would be lucky to attend Bridgeview.
