J.T.Y: Okay, contrary to popular belief, Evans is NOT the worst school in the history of middle schools. The teachers are knowledgeable about what they're teaching and are willing to help any and all students in need. They make the transition into middle school easy and enjoyable. You have to admit that they have it a little more difficult because Evans is the largest middle school in the state of Iowa, yet they still manage to be helpful and fair to every student. Some students, however, aren't the best that the state has to offer but not due to the fault of the teachers. In fact, a majority of students that attended there are at least average, if not very successful. Take it from me: a former Evans student that gets good grades and stays involved, Evans Middle School is an exceptional school with many opportunities in education, sports and fine arts for the emerging teenager.

well evans is a good school for learning even though the teachers are strict. i have to say im a 8th grader and almost 9th grader and they finally put camera's in. i think the school is going to be much better next year. love, H.N
