Sedgwick High School Reviews

By a Current Student on

This school is great if you are a great athlete and enjoy sports. Another great quality of this school is the technology. Each student from Sophomores through Seniors have a personal APPLE computer they can take home, and each POD (made of two or three classrooms) has their own cart with about 25 apple computers in it. Other than those to things this school is absolutely atrocious. It has very little extracurricular activities not including sports, and it has very few choice classes. This school also doesn't have honer's classes or even a debate club. The lunches are disgusting and overpriced, and the salad bar has very little actual fruit and vegetables (most of it is canned), I have even had SPOILED and/or wilted food. If you are considering moving to Kansas a better choice would be Newton High Schools. They are bigger but they have many Athletic choices AND Academic Choices.
