Doss High School Magnet Career Academy Reviews
Not a terrific school
I am a current student at Doss. It is not a great school. We are classified as a Priority School and a Persistently Low Achieving School. We have some of the worst test scores in the district but we are improving and turning around. A very large percentage of the school is on free/reduced lunch. From my perspective some of the students just flat out don't care. We have 4 security officers and a police officer. There are behavior problems at this school.
Doss High School is a good educational place. It is a good safe environment for learning. Every School has its problems but Doss finds away to solve all and any problems proffesionally. I wouldnt choose another place for my education career to continue at. As a freshman I may not know what is completely in store for the next three years but I think I have a pretty good idea of the outcome that is going to come.
