Crittenden County High School Reviews
i go to Crittenden and will be a freshman. The statement above is totally illiterate! i would love to disagree. i have learned more at crittenden than at Lyon. The Teachers do take their time to teach you properly and correct. If the school see's that the student is not fit to pass they will not pass them. And as for me i have learned very much at Crittenden.
I know many people who graduated from this school and can't even function academically beyond a 7th grade level. I have friends who graduated from Crittenden County High School who actually ask me how 4-letter words are spelled! I even know a woman who graduated from this school and she could not read or write anything beyond her name. She was completely illiterate, yet the school passed her from grade to grade and graduated her rather than actually take the time to teach her.
Many people I went to school at Crittenden with have children now. Quite a few of them have their children enrolled in either Caldwell County or Livingston County schools. It's pretty bad when a parent will prefer to drive their child 23 miles to school and drive 23 miles back home just to drive another 23 miles there and back to pick the kid up after school 5 days a week, rather than enroll the kid at Crittenden.
