Bellingrath Hills Elementary School Reviews
I have one child out of this school and two on their second year here. I attended this school and it is still as wonderful as I remember. Even being twins my children are intellectually on different levels, and they are in classes that meet their levels. The staff is super nice and so friendly when I go up there. I have nothing bad to say about this school. You get out what you put in. Being an involved parent and taking concerns to the teachers seems to always work out for the best. Working full time doesn't allow me to do all the things I would love to do up there for my children, but being involved with activities by sending stuff the class needs and going on a few field trips, really means a lot to my children and the teachers. They love this school! *ALSO (for the first review!!)
The school was good in someways, my child attended pre-k, he had a young teacher and his class was mostly boys, and the teacher could not handle the class very well. All so in the middle of the year we were told that they were not going to have after care, so we had to scramble to get someone to pick our child up. The assistant principle is awesome and the teachers were nice. The school did have alot of events for parents to participate in with there children. I felt that the curriculum could have been a little more challenging. And I felt that they babied the Pre-K students a little too much.
