JohnQSmithe: Lutheran High is a private school in Metairie, Louisiana on two tree shaded acres of land. Inside an old school building that most closley resembles an old army barracks divided up into offices and class rooms. The fixtures inside of the bathrooms are all rusty and in need of replacement. The faculty and staff are all dedicated to teaching the whole student. The students get educated in an environment that is friendly to LCMS teachings.
They just built a new church on the property a few years ago where the students regularly attend worship services there. In the last school year just past there were 75 paying students. LCMS workers are allowed to send there children to the school free of charge. It looks like the board of control chooses to spend the money on educating the students and neglecting the property.
