Phoebe Hearst School Reviews
First off there were many serious teachers there that taught my little one everything she needs too know today. The principal is respectful and i admire that.Even though the school is little, they put it together very well. They remodeled classes and bathrooms and they look magicl today. And also i would like too say thank you, MS.gentinetta and MS.hollins ,for teaching me and my little girl.Thanks. And i highly recomend the school for there saying with childen,(principal)we are what kind of student?(children)a proffeshional student.(principal)and they stay what?(children)we stay focased.i love this school and send your child as soon as posibal. Thanks.
I agree 100 PERCENT with the review posted below dated Dec. 2008! I couldn't have put it any better. The leadership in this school is horrific.....absolutely NO organization......NO parent involvement. I have nothing good to say about this school. RUN!!
I attended this school many years ago and I and my parents were very pleased with it. Yes it could use remodeling but then again, looks is not important, its the education.
My children have to go to this school thanks to the Jefferson Parish Dandridge Order. I would not recommend this school to anyone, if you are moving and in this school's district, if possible find another place to live. There is not one area of the school that I am pleased with. They are unorganized, the teachers are lacking, communication to and from school is not very good, the bathroom is nasty, their pick-up procedure needs much improvement and I could go on and on. Overall a bad school, avoid it if possible.
