Rosemont Elementary School
I am a parent of two children attending Rosemont. Despite the mixture of the population surrounding the school (parents not helping children with homework, grooming etc.), I consider this school a Diamond in the Rough. The staff have come accross as very concerned and when my one of my children had issues with students, the principal and collective staff tackled the problem within hours of the event taking place. This school is needed and if there were a way to clone it, Baltimore City would have tremendous turn around regarding students lives. That's my opinion by observation.

Rosemont Elementary School
I don't feel like Rosemont is the safest place for children. In fact Im transferring my daughter because she is constantly bullied and the administrators aren't taking care of the issue. My daughter has been attacked by a student, which included being stomped in the head and puched. The student was suspended and came back only to threated my daughter that she would be her up again. I've reported this incident to the administrators and nothing is done. It's not the first incident that has happened. Throughout her experience at Rosemont she's had to deal with several issues from children of parents who don't care. I would never recommend this school.
