If you want your child to attend, make sure you know what you want. The school is very traditional and wants kids to remain there through their kindergarten year...which, speaking from experience, is totally worth it. But if you only want to go for a year, don't even bother applying - they are pretty insistent about only taking families who want to be there for the entire program, not just a year or two. I can see why they want it, but if that's not what YOU want, look elsewhere. They do not provide before or aftercare. A small school. Great teacher, very warm and loving with the kids.

The teacher is fantastic! My daughter can certainly give adults a run for their money, but that never seems to be an issue for her at school. It seems like a totally different world there. She is happy, looks forward to going to school every day, wishes the weekend included school, and asks everytime she isn't in school when she gets to go back. Can there be anything better than that? I don't have quite the same thing with all my kids, but she goes to this school and I think that says a lot about them. It's a small place, but plenty of socialization takes place on multiple age levels, so I don't worry. Besides, she has plenty of friends in the neighborhood. The kids get to plant things outside, feed worms, mulch, and generally take care of their school. I really love this school. I only wish they had elementary!
