Kent Island Christian School

Rachel: We love Kent Island Christian School!  The teachers and Staff provide a loving, nurturing environment that enables each student to excel.  They support the child’s individual learning ability, whether the child needs al little extra help or if the child needs extra material in order to be more challenged.  This school also encourages children to be able to speak in front of large groups, which I feel is an invaluable skill.  The students are taught computer skills and music, as well as the academics and the Christian faith is at the very heart of everything.  No matter where the students finish their education they will be very well prepared, solely due to the educational foundation they received at Kent Island Christian School.

My granddaughter began with Kindergarten at Kent Island Christian School and is now in 1st grade.  It has been an absolutely positive experience for her as well as her family.   The small class sizes are extremely beneficial.  She has been reading fluently since kindergarten and is now reading as well as any adult.  She is also excelling in all of the other subjects.   We have a great school at a reasonable cost where the children excel far above the public schools in a Christian environment.
