I am very very dissapointed by this daycare. I'm in the process of switching my children to another daycare. When I would pick my children up, I would find my 1 year son in a high chair (the high chair was undressed) away from all the other children. He didn't even have a toy to play with. It seems like the staff cares more about having a job than the interest of the children. This is by far the worst daycare I've sent my children too. Btw the staff is rude.

THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED. THIS SCHOOL IS NOT AS ADVERTISED. MY EXPERIENCE HERE AS LED TO ME DOING SOMETHING THAT I DON'T ORDINARILY DO...POST A REVIEW. I FEEL, HOWEVER, THAT THE MATTER OF CHILD CARE/EDUCATION IS SUCH AN IMPORTANT DECISION THAT I AM OPTING TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE IN HOPES THAT OTHERS CAN MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS ABOUT WHERE TO ENROLL THERE CHILDREN. I WOULD AVOID BRIGHT STARS IF I HAD TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN. WHEN I ENTERED THE SCHOOL I WAS INITIALLY IMPRESSED BY THE STRUCTURE AND LAYOUT OF THE FACILITY/CLASSROOMS (all that glitters aint gold). UPON SPEAKING WITH THE DIRECTOR, I HAD RESERVATIONS BECAUSE SHE WAS PARTICULARLY INFORMAL, BUT I (naively) ATTRIBUTED THIS TO HER BEING 'REAL' AND A STRAIGHT SHOOTER. I LATER LEARNED, BY WITNESSING REPEATED MIX-UPS AND QUESTIONABLE JUDGEMENT CALLS, THAT SHE WAS INFORMAL BECAUSE SHE SIMPLY DOESN'T KNOW ANY BETTER AND/OR IS INCOMPETENT. SHE SHOULD NOT BE "DIRECTING" ANYTHING. WITHOUT GOING INTO DETAILS (LEGAL REASONS) I WILL SAY THAT OUR CHILD WAS SWITCHED FROM ONE CLASS TO ANOTHER WITHOUT NOTICE, CONVERSATION OR CONSIDERATION OF OUR WISHES. WHEN ASKED ABOUT THE SWITCH I WAS GIVEN CONDESENDING INFORMATION FROM STAFF AND LATER FOUND OUT THAT MY CHILD'S 'TEACHER' DID NOT EVEN KNOW HOW OLD MY CHILD WAS! HOW CAN YOU TEACH/INSTRUCT A CHILD IF YOU DO NOT KNOW A CHILD (OR HIS/HER AGE)? THEY ARE SELLING THEMSELVES AND THE CHILDREN THERE VERY VERY SHORT BECAUSE THEY COULD PROBABLY HELP PRODUCE BRIGHT STARS, BUT INSTEAD APPEAR TO BE VERY VERY DIM AS A STAFF. I AM SAD FOR THE STAFF AND THE STUDENTS. I AM THOUROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I do not agree with the web site about Bright Stars Learning academy. I do not feel my child was learning, while attending this school. Whenever I came in, they would be watching movies, or playing outside. They do not use computers here for the children, unlike the ad states. I just feel there is no structure.
They also do not encourage or really appreciate parent involvement.

My child had been going there for over 2 yrs. The infant & 2 yr room were ok, the teachers that were in those rooms were great, but they now change the teachers on a consistent basis. My child has came home without a diaper on, also without a shirt when it was cold. The 3 yr room it seem that the majority of the day is either watching tv or play outside. I have pulled my child out of this school for a more structure environment.
