Woodmont Academy

The school is not as "christian" as it claime to be. Leadership improved very little in the two years we've been there. Many good teachers were let go do to low enrollment. Not a blue ribbon school like others in the area.

We love the school - plain and simple. It challenges our two children academically and promotes leadership, service to others, strong character, and a commitment to excellence. We've met wonderful families and enjoy being part of this community.

In order to see the difference that the Integral Formation method makes (forming the whole child's character, spirit, intellect, and apostolic), you must visit the school and see the staff, teachers, and students in action.  Visit all of the grades, not just the grade that you are interested in.  At Woodmont, kindergarten students conduct their own readings at Mass, primary students care deeply for each other and God, and 8th graders routinely are accepted into advanced placement courses at the private high schools of their choice.
Our preK-3 daughter has made great strides academically, personally, and our family's faith has been enriched.
