Friendship School

The Friendship School offers tremendous opportunity for children with dyslexia (and language-based learning difficulties). It is a place of welcome and an environment of caring. The staff is highly capable and passionate about the children and families they serve.

I disagree with the comments I've seen from a few on this forum, that there is a lack of leadership. In fact, I think the leadership is very strong, perhaps though to the extent that it does not appeal certain people's personal style. I am not a staff member or parent of a student at Friendship School – but I have spent a lot of time with parents and teachers in a professional capacity.

If your child has dislexia, research your options and learn more about the remediation. I highly recommend you visit the Friendship School, interview the staff and find out more about how they will help.
