Run and never look back!
I don't even want to give this school a star but this website makes me. Management has no respect for the employees or the parents. They do the BARE MINIMUM and all of your money goes to the owner. Classroom supplies are broken, old, and non-existent. The teachers aren't all certified and don't know the first thing about teaching/handling kids. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE.
I used to attend. They had ZERO tolerance for my special needs brother. They would pull ME out of class to calm him from his meltdowns, instead of doing their JOBS and helping him themselves. I hope to god the staff has been replaced since then. Also, it was ridiculous to have teachers Ask Me what autism was.
Our son loves his second grade teacher! She is the main reason we have kept him at the school. She shows true Montessori values and is always seen welcoming the children. Couldn't be happier!
This school has true Montessori values! My son has been blessed by having the best 1st grade teacher. This teacher is patient and has taught him so much. She takes pride in the education she gives her students! My advice to all parents is make the sacrifice and send your children to Children's Manor Montessori for elementary. While the administration are not the friendliest(or knowledgable) the elementary program is top knotch!
I took a tour of the school and my daugher loved it the moment we went inside. She is very use to the montessori teachings. I tried traditional school but it did not work out for her. She will be starting 8/27/2012. Shool year 2012 -2013. It as few miles from Montgomery county, but it will be worth the drive. Glad I found one there a few miles away.
So happy we enrolled our daughter in CMMS! She loves her first grade teacher and comes home so happy to tell us everything her teacher taught her. The elementary teacher there is welcoming, patient, and shows true caring for every student as an individual. I highly recommend this school!
My son has learned so much since he started going to the montessori school. He loves it there and sometimes doesn't want to come home!
