Overall..........wow! As a business owner I understand half way decent service and overall there is just one major issue with this facility. The Director!!!!!!! Quick to tell you as a parent what you should be doing, but she has yet to follow her own curriculum. Everything from parent teacher conferences to progress reports are never on time. Unless however your child has done something wrong. And dont ever be late or have a family emergency. 1 min late picking up or dropping off your child she is beyond unreasonable imposing late fees and denying care. For 1 min!!!?!?! Crazy! She must of been bullied as a child cause this little bit of power has totally gone to her head. The teachers are great, but leadership is horrible and it all starts there. Enrollment is down and for great reason, no one wants to spend 1 k a month to lack luster service and to be reprimanded as if you are a child. After spending the amount of money I've spent here for the service I'm thinking you would do better else where......I know I have. Good luck if you do decide to go with them, but beware!

T. Howard: The facilities are excellent and well maintained. This is the newest preschool in the area. The issue you will have as parents is with the director. There is a family handbook that is used as a sword when chastising parents (which she does often), but consistently ignored at other times. We never received bi-annual feedback or parent/teacher discussions as promided. Bottom line for us was when the fundraiser for the year was a request to support the director's daughter in a contest. Using the mailing list of the school to forward her personal interests, that was the last straw.
