Rolling Terrace Elementary School Reviews
Strong diverse school
My children are in the Spanish Immersion program here at Rolling Terrace and I'm incredibly impressed with the quality of the teachers and administrators. Every teacher I've met has been incredibly intelligent, well-studied in child-development and educational best practices, excited to teach, and inspirational to their students, as well as being a top-notch manager of a room full of young kids. I'm always amazed at their ability to keep 20 kids focused and engaged. My kids are getting a much better education than I did from a wealthy suburban school.
Administrators keep a million different things running smoothly, but they're always are bright and friendly, and have time to talk with you one-on-one. Simply put, my kids love going to school. Hallways are cheerful and orderly, and the in-school health facility is a real boone to all parents, regardless of where you get your insurance. Comprehensive school nutrition programs ensure that kids get the food they need to stay engaged in lessons, which cuts down on class disruptions I've seen in other schools.
