Terrible school for both teachers and students alike. Strongly advise not to send your children here. Do not apply for work here. You will regret either if you do.

After calling over 20 daycare centers and visiting 3, it is my personal opinion that Kids Are People School is the best in the area. I can't give a review for the school-aged grades, but I can give a review for the daycare. My son started attending Kids are People School at 4 mos and is now 10 mos. We couldn't be happier with the school. The Administration and Staff are friendly. The teachers are caring and fun. My son is attached to all three of his teachers.  I feel good dropping my son off everyday. I feel that he is safe and is well cared for.  I know that the teachers are working with him on his developmental milestones because I've peeked in and watched his teachers with him. His teachers give me updates on what he is learning and share with me the fun things that he does. Daily logs are kept of when he has a diaper change and when/what he eats. When the weather is nice the teachers take the babies on walks (sometimes twice a day). I couldn't be happier with our decision. Sending our son to Kids are People School has been great for our family!

kelis: Do not I repeat DO not send your child to this nut house. This is not a good school at all don't waist your money or time. They under teach kids at a lower grade level so they can get more special needs funding. They treat the staff like trash especially the african immigrant teachers they under pay. They are not trust worthy at all with your child.

I truly agree the director is nuts, and treat her poor african immigrant staff like trash. The education is horrible my son was in the third grade and they were teaching him on a second grade level just so they could get special needs funding. Beware parents do not send your kids to this nut house. You guys really don't know what goes on with your child when you leave so I wouldn't trust it at all.

Parents unfortunately do not see what goes on behind the scenes at this school. Employees are treated as if they are less than human, communication between staff members is not only discouraged but also reprimanded, and the school director doesn't care about the students at all or their quality of education. Your kids are better off in a public school any day, or any other school for that matter.

My child has been attending school at KAP for two years. He really enjoys it an feel positive about school. He loves the field trips and sports camp and participating in the school performances. It has been a positive experience for our family.
