About the MCAS
What is it?
The Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS) are annual tests used to measure a student's mastery of the state's grade-level academic standards.
Which Grades and Subjects?
Students in grades 3 through 8 and 10 are assessed in English language arts and math, and in grades 5, 8 and 10 in science.
How is it Scored?
Students score at one of four levels: above proficient/advanced, proficient, needs improvement and warning/failing. The goal is for all students to score at or above the proficient level. Students must pass the grade 10 MCAS in order to graduate from high school.

Creo que la escuela tiene buenos programas pero los que no son muy buenos son los estudiantes y algunos maestros porque todas las escuelan son buenas las diferencias es que hay es en los alunmos y todos los personales que trabajan estan muy mal tiene demasiadas recriminaciones contra otros alumnos se arman demasiadas peleas y los maestros no se incluyen por miedo por favor esten mas atentos a los alunmos y a los que hablan porque ellos pasan mas tiempo con ustedes que con los mismos padres deverian de darle aunque sea media hora de catolisismo a ver si se influyen por las buenas cosas y dejan a un lado las recriminaciones y se den cuenta que todos somos iguales ...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
