Funding for charter schools is based on designated local or state educational organizations. Those organizations are responsible for monitoring and assessing the quality and effectiveness of education, but permit the schools to operate outside of the traditional public school education system.

I should know this because my daughter goes there and she used to be a saddist but now she's a more cheerful person then u think.She helps people in need, stands up for what is right, and gets A+ on everything I am really grateful to that school for changing my precious Jazmin's head.

About the MCAS
What is it?
The Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS) are annual tests used to measure a student's mastery of the state's grade-level academic standards.
Which Grades and Subjects?
Students in grades 3 through 8 and 10 are assessed in English language arts and math, and in grades 5, 8 and 10 in science.
How is it Scored?
Students score at one of four levels: above proficient/advanced, proficient, needs improvement and warning/failing. The goal is for all students to score at or above the proficient level. Students must pass the grade 10 MCAS in order to graduate from high school.
