Somerville YMCA Preschool

My daugther  is  two years   and  nine  months  old and  we  want  her  to  start  preschool  at  YMCA in Somerville   MA  .We choose  this  place because  is  closed  to  us  but now  the  only  thing  that  I  can  say is  this  place  need  to have evaluation by  the  department  of  education, my  daugther  got one  bruce  on  her  arm  and they  didnot  how  this  happen  and  another  one on  her  ear  and  they  ddid  not  how t hat  happen  and  the  last  thing she   lost  her  shoe  and they  made  her  walk  for  two  block  and  they  did noticed  , i  am so  sad  because  how  can  this  people  be  in charged  for  so  many  childrens  and  they  don't  know  anything  when  you.  as  parent I ask  them  and ,They are  no friendly  with  the  parents, they look  that  they  don't  care  about  the  kids  and the  director  is  so mind  and  unprofesional  with  you If  ask  for   an explanation .One   of the  anwser  she  gve  to  me  is : TEACHER  DON'T  HAVE  FOUR  EYES   to  keep  track  on children  when  they  go  for  a  walk.Everybody  becareful!!!   My  experience   was  very  bad   and  I  just  want  to pass this over .  Everybody  have  the  entire  right  to  make  decisions   but  is  very  sad  whe  litlle  kids  pay   the  consequences .  :(
