Melissa Brazier: For a small private school they are BIG in God, sports, academics, and a wonderful network of friendships are made.  As Northern Michigan has been hit hard with this recession and job losses you can still see the extreme dedication the teachers and principal have as they are over worked and as most else, underpaid.  You see the dedication as 3 of these teachers are Pastor's from various areas, showing they believe in our future for the youth of this nation.  

Pastor Burcot with his loud booming voice as he makes you laugh and seriously think. Pastor Chatfield, pastor for the school and church on the premesis, is not afraid to tell you his mind and is challenged to discuss theology.  Pastor Theaker, has a heart as big as the ocean.  Mr. Thompson, principle, greets you with a swift smile; warm handshake always knowing what is happening with your child.  Mrs. Thompson our preschool/kindergarten teacher so warm and friendly with a strong perserverance to guide and direct.  Mrs. Bloswick our 1-3rd grade teacher, a faithful wonderful teacher whom is always available.  Ms. Taylor, our 4-6th teacher wears many hats within her day with coaching, teaching high schoolers too. These are just a few of whom we trust to instruct our children with the reverence that God has placed upon their hearts to make a differnce in todays upcoming generation.
