Eligibility

Contest Period
The SchoolFinder review contest will begin on October 27, 2008 and run until December 19, 2008.
How to Enter
To be eligible to win, your school must have a minimum of eight accepted school reviews. Any parent, teacher, student, or administrator may enter school reviews. Education.com reserves the right to disqualify reviews that do not meet our Terms of Use.
Winner Selection
The three eligible schools with the most accepted school reviews on December 20th will each win an award of $1000. The award check will be made out to the school's parent organization and mailed to the school's primary address.
Winner Notification and Acceptance
After eligibility is determined, the winning schools' parent organizations will be notified by email or phone. The terms of all prizes are at the sole discretion of Education.com and may be amended at any time without notice. To claim prizes, the winning parent organizations must respond within five business days after notification. Winners may waive their right to receive a prize. Prizes are nontransferable. No substitutions allowed.
Participation
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Education.com. In the event the contest is compromised beyond the control of Education.com, Education.com reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the contest. Should the contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Education.com reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.
