My overall experience with Eriksson has been favorable. The teachers I've met with are pleasant and have a genuine concern for student education. I cannot say enough nice things about the principal, he's just a great guy and you can tell he really loves his job.
The office staff (secretaries) are rather rude though. Whenever I've gone in to meet with a teacher the staff acts like they can't be bothered or they are put off by having to answer any questions. Their answers are quick and given in sort of an over the shoulder manner. I think that's unfortunate because the office staff act nothing like the principal or teachers I've met.
